Golden Rose Tatting Lace Earrings

It is woven by hand in frivolité, knot by knot with a shuttle or a needle — no loom, no mould. The pearl is set between the knots while weaving, not glued on afterwards. Every piece leaves Olga Stefanyuk's studio.

Yes: the findings are Korean — a jewellery alloy with a hypoallergenic plating, as declared by the supplier. It is not silver and not surgical steel. The body of the piece is woven thread rather than solid metal, so the only metal touching your skin is the hook or the clasp, and since the hypoallergenic part is the plating, keep it away from perfume and water. If your skin is highly reactive, check with a dermatologist.

Keep it dry: water, perfume, cream and chlorine loosen the thread and dull the colour. Clean it only with a dry, soft cloth, and store it flat in its pouch, apart from other pieces and away from humidity.

Not identical: each piece is woven once, and that exact combination of thread, knot and stone is never repeated. We can weave one inspired by it, in your colours and with the stone you choose, as a custom order.
