About this piece

The Ónix Dorado Bracelet — golden onyx — is a link bracelet worked in a straight line, a medium-width openwork band with a wavy edge where two motifs take turns: four-petal clovers sown with black crystals, and wave-like arches made of woven rings. That alternation builds a more intricate pattern than a plain band and keeps the lace airy, with the black setting the rhythm over the gold. This is the going-out bracelet, and it goes with anything black.

Details

Frivolité (tatting) worked by hand, stitch by stitch, in gold metallic thread. The small black faceted crystals are spread across the petals and the rings, knotted into the lace rather than glued. It fastens with a flat gold hook that slips into a loop woven in the same lace, with no bulky findings. Every piece is one of a kind: hand-knotted, stitch by stitch, so no two come out exactly alike. It measures 19 cm long by 1.5 cm wide; weight 3 g.

Care

Gold keeps best dry: take it off before the shower. Store it lying flat in its case, away from perfume and cream, and it will stay as it arrived.

The body of the piece is woven thread rather than solid metal. The exact findings are confirmed over WhatsApp before purchase; if your skin is highly reactive, ask us and we will check.

How do I care for it?

Keep it dry: water, perfume, cream and chlorine loosen the thread and dull the colour. Clean it only with a dry, soft cloth, and store it flat in its pouch, apart from other pieces and away from humidity.

Can I order an identical one?

Not identical: each piece is woven once, and that exact combination of thread, knot and stone is never repeated. We can weave one inspired by it, in your colours and with the stone you choose, as a custom order.
